Abstract
Plant-based drugs have been used for centuries as an essential source of precursors in a variety of industries, including foods and pharmaceuticals. Oroxylum indicum is a plant that grows in India and South East Asia. Pharmacological studies report that the extraction of this species shows the various functional properties of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antimicrobial, anti-arthritic etc. In this review, it has been an attempt to explore the ethnopharmacological value of this plant.
