Abstract

Different acid chlorides 2a-c are used as starting material of a number of 2-(substituted)-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one derivatives 3a-c, Some of the newly synthesized analogues were chosen to evaluate their cytotoxic activity against human carcinoma cell lines (MCF7-HePG2–HCT116).
